Starting July 8th
We will meet at locations below Mon-Fri. Meet @ 9:00 AM. Return @ 10:30 AM (approximately)
It is very important that you start getting some miles in your legs. Start slow and then increase time and distance, this will help prevent injuries.
New runners: 20-30 mins each day
Returners: 30-40 mins each day
Varsity Boys: 50-60 mins each day (long slow distance)
Monday- Bowman Park
Tuesday- SA Pool Parking Lot (If possible, McDonald Forest) Forest Return 11:30 AM)
Wednesday- Takena Landing
Thursday- Bowman Park
Friday- SA Pool Parking Lot (If possible, McDonald Forest) Forest Return 11:30 AM)
Weekend- On own (small groups)
Rest
